I was hired in 2019 by Infosys as a Web Domain Content Lead to consult on all content-related services and content updates to the sce.com site. My duties have included:

• WCAG audit and compliance management

• WCAG document remediation

• Copywriting for alerts, navigation, maintenance communications

• Translation management for 18 languages: translation submission and translation placement, UX and testing translations
